FunnelReply is a unified inbox tool that collects customer messages from email, social channels, and contact forms into a single workspace. The service includes automatic message grouping, unanswered thread flags, and a daily queue view. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice through the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including customer contact details and message content. You must ensure that your use of the service complies with applicable privacy laws and that you have proper consent to store and process customer communications. You agree not to use the service for spam, fraudulent activity, or any unlawful purpose.
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all messages will be captured without error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunnelReply is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, you lose access to your workspace and any stored conversation data. We will give you reasonable notice where possible so you can export your records.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of FunnelReply after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with an update, you can close your account before the new terms apply.
